S-Guru Property is a personal home-buying service for internationals looking to buy in Hilversum and Het Gooi. You work directly with one advisor throughout the process, with clear communication in English, Dutch or Russian.
Hi, I’m Daria.
I’m based in Hilversum and help internationals find their ideal home in Hilversum and the wider Gooi area. I moved to the Netherlands from China and first lived in Rotterdam before eventually settling in Hilversum, a place I quickly fell in love with for its proximity to the forests, Amsterdam and Utrecht, and its welcoming, international yet distinctly gezellig atmosphere.
Having experienced the challenges of finding the right home in a new country myself, I understand how overwhelming the Dutch housing market can feel for internationals. That is why I created S-Guru Property: to offer a personal, straightforward approach combined with strong local market knowledge.
